Location Iceberg Lake
Comments This was the most spectacular hike on our trip. 8 and 1/2 miles round trip, up and back down 1,700 feet. Iceberg lake is exactly what it says: there are icebergs that "calved" from the glacier that flows into the lake. I was quite surprised to see lots of wildflowers near mid-September. I was told that is was due to a wet Summer and a late Spring.

Glacier Pictures Did you know?
The water flowing off of Tripled Divide Pike flows into 3 oceans: the Artic to the north, the Atlantic to the south, and the Pacific to the west.
